Shipping

All online orders are shipped from Oakleigh South, Monday through to Friday. We aim to ship all online orders within 1 to 3 days of receipt via AusPost/Fed Ex/Couriers Please Typically shipping will take between 4-7 days depending where you are located.

All parcels are marked as 'Authority to Leave'. If you do not want this selection made, leave a comment in the comments section at checkout advising so. Keep in mind if no one is at home to receive parcels or there is no safe place, it may be delivered to your nearest parcel collection or returned to Tailor-Made Foods Pty Ltd.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please notify us of any errors in your order within 7 days of receipt and we will do whatever we can to correct the issue. We do not generally accept returns except in cases of damaged product, a mistake in what we shipped out, or a quality issue. If goods are damaged or defective upon arrival, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days from purchase.

Please contact us with any issues or questions via email happy@chappysnacks.com.au, and we will work diligently to resolve it with either a refund or a reshipment of product.

Tailor-Made Foods Pty Ltd does not cover the return shipping cost for the product.
